Account & Login

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link from acecsecsupport@gmail.com. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Can I sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook?

Yes. AceIt supports Google, Apple, and Facebook sign-in. Use the same provider each time so your progress stays linked to one account.

I'm not receiving the OTP email.

Make sure your email is typed correctly and check your spam/junk folder. Add acecsecsupport@gmail.com to your contacts to ensure delivery. If the issue persists, contact us below.

Subjects & Lessons

How do I add or change my subjects?

Go to the Learn tab and tap Add Subjects. You can update your selection anytime — your progress for previously selected subjects is preserved.

Why can't I see math equations correctly?

AceIt renders LaTeX math via MathJax. Make sure you're connected to the internet the first time a lesson loads. Force-close and reopen the app if equations don't render.

Quizzes & Mark Tests

What question types does AceIt support?

Multiple choice, multi-select, true/false, fill-in-the-blanks, and matching questions.

Can I retake a Mark Test?

Yes. Open the Mark Test tab, choose the subject, and start a fresh attempt. Your most recent score is shown on the results screen.

Challenges

How do solo challenges work?

You're matched against a simulated bot opponent. Answer questions to score points — at the end, you'll see a head-to-head VS results screen.

Can I challenge a friend?

Friend challenges are coming soon. You'll be able to invite a friend, take turns answering, and compare scores asynchronously.

Technical Issues

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps: (1) update to the latest version, (2) restart your device, (3) reinstall AceIt. If the issue continues, email us with your device model and OS version.

Which devices does AceIt support?

iOS 14+ and Android 8.0+ on phones and tablets.
